as someone who works in retail... i have no shame in saying that im proud to be an introvert... the things i notice people do PUBLICLY just makes me lose faith in humanity as a whole...


not to say i hate people or that im a disgruntled person or anything... but being alone more often definitely is a much bright proposition to me

though.... my attitude has had a massive shift towards more volatile over the course of my employment... i used to be unshakably optimistic... after a few years seeing some of the crap people do..... it gets to you.. ><

I don't have any time to talk to any human being outside my family until February. Even then, i'll only be able to go and talk to people once a week, then five or six weeks later it will become two or three times a month, then from August to September I won't be able to see anyone again, unless I get the guts to ask someone if they'd like to come to my house or something. It sucks living out in the middle of nowhere sometimes... I need friends terribly.

I hit a deer on the way home from work today. I'm fine. It was a soft blow. The deer is fine, too. It got up and ran back into the woods that it had run out of.

My car, that I'm about to make a third payment on, >_< the front of it is all smashed up. It still seems good to drive - my dad checked it out to be sure. It's just cosmetic damage.

... Well, I guess my insurance (also making third payment on) is about to actually receive some use.

<_< Last week I left early from work even to prevent anything bad happening to my precious car (and me). ... Clear night, driving the speed limit, a mile away from home, and a fucking deer jumps out into the middle of the road. .2 seconds of horror. Oh, my brakes work by the way. I'm actually shocked they worked as well as they did to get me stopped so suddenly.

You guys just reminded me I had an ex (we don't live in the same town)... XD

I've had a pretty shitty day today.
Mishap #1: I was working on my homework during my study hall, but I only got half done. Got a 50 on it.
Mishap #2: Found out my Mom took my 200$ I'd been keeping in my room and put it in the bank without telling me.
Mishap #3: Grandmother showed up early to pick me up, drove my dogs insane while I was feeding them.
Mishap #4: Lost my SD card in my tablet, because the case screwed up or something.
Mishap #5: Took the backing off my tablet, only to crack the screen in two places (my fault, tbh) and found that my SD card was bent. (It's a micro SD)
Mishap #6: SD card was completely broken. Tablet is dead, and I left my charger at my Mom's house, so I can't check and see if it's okay or not.
Mishap #7: My Dad and his girlfriend are arguing again, after a few months of calmness. Before that, they argued violently every day, to the point of her flipping shit at my Dad and flipping furniture over and stuff. My Dad left her for a month, then started dating her again, despite my hating her. I dunno why.

That's nice to get off my chest. *sigh*
