To be fair, i think the topic mightve been better suited in a different board/thread altogether...

i think it's usually said almost every time that discussions of sexism and stuff should go to the serious business section always
i did feel like it was necessary for me to say that because i almost just left as soon as i started reading the thread, and the reason i didnt was BECAUSE it got resolved by the time i finished scrolling down. i felt like if something was interfering with my ability to vent in the thread devoted to venting, it was worth venting about. i'm not drawing it out just by saying how i feel about something thats already happened, and i thought the imagery was pretty funny

It's good to know that these 5 CDs I bought refuse to actually work on my computer. At least I have all these new art supplies and paper so that I don't start doodling on my school work, again...

So I have not work heels since...
2009?
2010?
And it's one thing to have heels. It's another when they are stiff leather boots.
Then today when I literally went up an down from the basement level to the fourth floor ten times in a day, and this one time I stood up and hit my head on a low-hanging light, did I remember the struggle. My entire body hurts from those nine hours.
Brings back good memories, somehow.

First day doing art college homework... I feel like I barely made a dent even though I drew literally all day. Frustrating.
This is the first time in my life I've had to take school, or anything for that matter, seriously.

*gears up* This week I go vampire hunting. And it's not because he's sucking on necks, but because he's chewing into my word count! Gah! I do not need nine chapters devoted to him. Dear god no wonder I feel like other sections don't have room to breathe. LOOK OUT VAMPIRE, YOU'RE GETTING CHOPPED!!
^_^ That was fun. I needed to get that out of my system.

Not to reinforce stereotypes you all already have about Canada, but we just got our first snowfall today. Jesus, this is early. Yesterday was a hot day and today I woke up to snow.

MEANWHILE, IN CALIFORNIA
Its been between 60 and 75 degrees for what seems like an unnaturally long time. Clear skies. Its. So. Boring. I miss my Northwest weather.
It has not rained in any measurable way in such a long time I cannot actually remember. At least I haven't seen any rain during the day, so maybe it did when I was asleep, but I drought it.
