This person is convinced I am "tsundere" and is enjoying my neglect and refusal of her presence. This is awful. Nevermind the fact they would use this anime language to shoehorn what I am.

People who have known on me on here for years know I used to say that word all the time.

"Weeaboo", that is.

Since then, I have made a vow to avoid saying it, as well as the associated judgmental behaviour. While it had a reasonable accuracy of classification, it carried a "negative momentum", if that makes any sense. In that I found it was more prone for myself and others to become increasingly negative. Now I have a more positive prospective, and associate language, and have learned to admire people for wanting to indulge in another culture. I value their expression.

So in this instance, my mind never jumped to the fact that this person is a weeaboo, so much as this person is has poor social-awareness and insensitively associates others with false stereotypes. Quite the mouthful!

Of course, this is not at all telling you or anyone not to say it, and I am not at all bothered by the use of that terminology. Just figure I'd explain my change as of late.

I am at an inverse of Garrett, but not quite for the reasons as PLA.

I have what I would hope is a surface level of pleasantry, in that I see anyone and everyone in a positive light, inherently. It could be an attitude thing, but I don't view people in at a neutral of neither like nor dislike. I love and value all of humanity until they do something awful on purpose.

That said, for me to like anyone any more than this base level is what I find to be a lot more gradual than how much others like me in return. In short, I'm always stuck in situations where someone likes me much more than I like them, and they begin to suffocate me.

I'd like to think i'm at the very least tolerable to be around...

i dunno. i inherently assume the good in people in generally, but im not shocked by the general vileness that has been shown more and more as the internet grows. :/
im overly trusting, but defensive and generally keep to myself. though i have a HUGE character flaw where i take everything way WAY too personally, and I know it makes me very difficult to deal with...

in essence, you could say my attitude is "i dont hate people, but i wont go out of my way to make friends. my business is my own."

In general, my default setting is to love everyone I meet to some degree or another until they do or say something deplorable. Even then I can still be nice, but I certainly don't go out of my way to engage them.

And even though I'm generally warm and affectionate in person, I'm actually quite emotionally closed off at the core. Just because I'm extremely fond of you doesn't mean I'm going to trust you with my true personal views or anything intimate or vulnerable. Not for a long time.

I love everyone here more than most folks I come across, though. :3 You guys rule.

The way I hate things is metastatic to anything that lingers in my attention. There's no rhyme or reason.

Day 3: The ant's invasion of my room continues. I fear they may be immune to the effects of my disinfecting spray. This once safe haven has now become a battlefield. I really hope we just get the house sprayed cuz this is driving me crazy... I just wanted peace and what I got was ants

-be polite and respectful
-don't be nosy and pushy
-earn her trust, and it does take time
-don't be clingy and naggy
