I'm thinking
Buccaneer Gladiator Buccaneer
Princess Hoplite
I want the hoplite in the back for a few reasons...
a)he will get hit less back there so
b)when the rest of my party is dead, he will not be and he can flee or revive
c)he can protect the princess so she stays at full hp for some free healing
d)the site says they aren't penalized when attacking from the back row, which is good because their dmg is low enough already -__-;;
As for subclassing, I'll need some kind of elemental something for when dealing with whatever is the flygourd's equivalent in EOIII is...
...I'll figure it out when I get there.

So what is the dedicated healer class? Not sure as they are all new classes from the first two games and none of the names hint to as "Healer" or "Medic".

Hnn... Like I said, high def in the back would be useful in a scenario where the rest of your party gets wiped.... and he'd still take hits if I use the guard skills. I'll think this over though. thanks.

The Guard skills, beside Divide, don't take a hit for anyone. I'll have to check Divide Guard's mechanics but I'm fairly certain the Phalanx takes the hit of the original target so the Phalanx's row is irrelevant to the damage calculation.

It's the Divide Guard user's stats and row that are used for the damage calculations this time.

Hmm. I'll probably do something else then. The problem is I don't want to look at all the skills to plan out my party, because then it wouldn't be as fun when I get it. I'm basically just going off what the site reveals and my own thoughts. Anytime my own thoughts are involved, there will be something wrong with something. -__-

Same here Zamisk. :3 I just have fun with the games and don't get all technical and go for "best build". The last two games were made so that you can have whatever party you want - sure some were easier than others, but nothing was "impossible".
