Ok, thanks.
Some nice skills, but I wonder how many are making a spot for the Farmer in their main party due to their limited combat skills.

*Raises hand*
Things may be slightly more challenging, but I'd like to be able to obtain all those items from Mining spots (?) and the like. I'll probably switch the character out for a more combat-oriented one if things get too tough, though, and build up my other characters before returning to the area. *Checks watch* And I'll be heading out to get the game in... an hour and ten minutes or so... XD Then I can see how good my plan is(n't).

Have you ever read/seen Hetalia? There's a thread on it in the Discussion Forum. If you aren't aware, it's a Japanese webcomic (turned manga turned anime) in which the countries of the world have been anthropomorphized. (ie; made into bishi) The main storyline is WWII and WWI, but it jumps around to all different historic periods.
But, yeah, Italy's character fits the blonde Prince perfectly, especially with the *__* look he's got going on.
On topic;
Exploring F1 with a random party configuration:
Buccaneer/Hoplite/Monk
Prince/Ninja
For Buccaneer: guns or rapier?

Buncaneers have all those "Follow" skills, so go for whatever will most help them make use of that, I suppose.

They're also not that useful. Rapiers have the better skills (In The Dark, Hanging) so I'd go for those.

So if it wasn't for the fact that I like having a party bent around not dying, I so would have a farmer in my party. The usefulness of them outside of combat is so nice. Tons of harvesting, free warp wires, better camp site healing. So nifty.

No. I want two healers to lighten the load. And I love my monk. ^_^

I said, ditch her.
*Murderous intent*
Remember, if you really want two healers, you could just subclass one of your characters as a Monk later on.
If you were to subclass someone as a Pirate, you'll miss out on the awesome class-exclusive skill the Pirate has.
