So, I feel like a messed up my party anyways. They fair pretty good against a boss till I bring their health bar into the red and the boss always pulls out some cheap combo or hit the whole party move. The main thing is my damage output. My party is about level 30 and my main damage dealers are my warrior monk and my pirate warrior.
My gladiator/monk is built to spam arm breaker or freezing blow, and every time he uses a skill he gains hp back. Trying to just make him hard as hell to kill.
My pirate/gladiator is built around spamming hanging and lights out. Currently doing his skills to gain the stuff effect and wide effect.
My hoplite is undecided. I know everyone here says make it part ninja to gain evasion, but I'm thinking making her an arbalist to use the rear mortar skill from the front row for massive damage.
I have a prince/hoplite just built around guarding to keep at full hp and using his non active recovery skill or items to heal the team.
My ninja/zodiac is currently level to be able to spam dark aether and meteor. Still need more skill points to unlock meteor.
Anyway i'm saying all this cause i'm at the level where I can retire party members who can't keep up anymore. I know i'm gonna redo my hoplite since I messed up her skills. Might just redo my ninja since I kinda messed up his skills. His clone is pretty useful, but his damage output is just so low now that i'm at the third stratum.

Once everyone hits level 70 I was thinking of retiring my Zodiac into an Arbalist (Since elemental barrages just can't really match the damage output of my Ninja or Shogun... or even my Monk O_O)
Any suggestions to what I subclass as? I was thinking of Gladiator to make use of Charge. Also no I won't subclass [hide]Shogun[/hide]! I refuse to use Warrior Might! I want to be different!

What would be a good subclass for evasion? Ninja? I'm thinking up a build for [hide]Yggdroid..and im going to try HP cannon route..now that I had enough points to test it out I liked it..xD
sure I'm vulnerable to dying..but that big number almost from the get go no matter what enemy is kinda of nice especially for my party which lacks a heavy hitter..and with the class skill it has to regen tp it never runs out energy to use it..
So yea evasion is going to be a necessity for me so is Ninja the best class for that support? ideally I'll have to level up quite a bit before it becomes useful [/hide]
Android/Shinobi Build
Level: 70
Level Cap: 70
Total Points: 77
Available Points: 0
Retired: No
Common Skills
HP Boost: 10/10
Main Class: Android
Reflective Energy: 10/10
Dark Vision: 9/10
Overheat: 10/10
Parts Recovery: 3/5
Purge: 5/5
HP Cannon: 10/10
Sub Class: Shinobi
Conceal: 10/10
Ninpou: Cloud Cover: 10/10
That's my planned build not sure if some of those skills overlap and won't stack or work together so some advice would be nice..xD hell I've even looking at Farmer's passive revival skill..

Second stratum, I'm wondering if a battle monk is still viable. With a mace, she gets an attack of 12x, while with maxed fists she has 8x, at level 18.
I will admit she's only 10 attack under the prince with a weapon.
Would it still be useful to keep her with fists until subclasses activate so I can get her princess, or should I rest her soon and just make her a classic DnD cleric (healing, decent armor and a handy hammer)?
I've still got a Gladiator and Arbalist, a Ninja for some cheap skills, and the Prince that keeps the party going.
By the way, where would one level a prince at this point? I've got Monarch March maxed; should I level one of the other HoTs or get him some buffs?

Hey Scy~~,
Would Buccaneer/Arbalist be a nice combo?
Edit: Oh, wait. Ofcourse it wouldn't. The Pirate would have either a Rapier or a Crossbow, not both. >->
Edit 2: Oh! Idea!
Princess/Farmer (Might do something else, though. Suggestions?)
Pirate/Monk (Because I won't have revive otherwise. Also, Pirate always has TP to spare.)
Hoplite/Ninja
Ninja/Zodiac
Zodiac/Warrior (Lol, insane Meteor.)
Edit 3: Oh, wait! Since I'm not very sure what to do with the Hoplite ->
Princess/Monk
Pirate/?
Hoplite/Farmer
Ninja/Zodiac
Zodiac/Warrior
or...oh God I'm confused. >->
Edit 4:
Maybe:
Princess/Monk
Pirate/Farmer (Since he hasn't got that many skills I want.)
Hoplite/Ninja (You said this would own, right?)
Ninja/Zodiac
Zodiac/Warrior

Princess/Monk:
Ascetic Deeds: 'Recover HP each time you use a skill in battle'.
That'd be kind of really handy.
Healing: Well, yeah.
Refresh: Coupled with the Princess' Reinforce, this'd be handy, too.
Resurrect: Yeah.
Buccaneer/Farmer:
Brave Heart: This will enable him to put skill points in his skills even beyond the cost of 10 TP. That'd make him stronger, and, you know, he is kind of my main attacker.
Also, it'd help status effects, which is great too.
Nothing else, really. Just the Farmer skills; nothing that'd only work when subclassed with Buccaneer.
With other classes, however, Trickster would work wonders.
...*Sigh* I don't know. I don't need Farmers; any other great combo would be great, too. Maybe Warrior?
Hoplite/Ninja:
So, why was this so great again? I forgot...>->
Zodiac/Warrior:
Charge -> Meteor.
Also, Wolf Howl is pretty nice for the attackers.
