I did swap a Pirate back into my party. Also found out that if you rest a level 3 character there's no penalty, which was a fun bonus.

And then I promptly wandered in a FOE.

So I rage-quit and went to sleep.

o_o I want to try to take on a FOE and see how I'll fare, but... I'm not sure I'm mentally prepared for the Game Over screen just yet. T-T

oh man flashbacks to [hide]Stalkers or whatever those fucking tough bug things were called[/hide] and how they'd chase you and omg you'd have to just rush for the door and he's like RIGHT THERE NEXT TO YOU *shuddershudder*

In EOII you could avoid them pretty easy after a few tries you figure out how to get by them. But when you're new to the game, the [hide]stalkers[/hide] are the worst.

I knew I was gonna die. -_-; So... my little battle against the FOE was an absolute joke.

At first I wasn't sure I like the FOE song. It's so... different... At first I was like o_o reeeeeeeh?!! but... I don't think it's really that bad. :3 I think I'll end up loving it, actually.

LOL, I was lvl 9, Zamisk, with Francis being lvl 7.

Yeah... my monk got poisoned and died. ... I gave up after that. Got my first Game Over screen.
