More [hide]Yggdroid route[/hide] final boss spoilers!
[spoiler]No I still haven't beaten the Deep Princess yet. I was close though! But when she was on critical health she kept spamming the AoE confuse move and Lament (Which binds everyones head). Nasty. Especially if my Ninja gets confused. Kubikiri seems to work on your team mates =(
I would bind her head (She seems to be extremely vulnerable to it) but every time I do that she counters with Ocean Drop, healing her for 5000 HP and removing the head bind. So annoying =([/spoiler]

>.< still stuck with 4th stratum boss..but I made some progress at least..
[hide]Rested my Zodiac to get Ice Prophecy and protect myself from those cold stares that kept haunting me before but now my main issue is the low damage rate I have going with my party..
Probably going to replace my pirate given that it doesn't do much for damage other than head binds and blind status support.
While my Yggdroid could be better as well but it does provide some decent steady damage, my prince is not really suited for offense so that doesn't really help me either..xD best it can do is provide attack order.
My Wildling also lacks some stong offense relying on landing those status conditions, and my Zodiac basically became a Shield for me..not much for offense now that I rested it and refocused on shielding me..xD
So yea looking back on all this I'm kinda of surprised as to how far I got with this party in killing Shin
Now the question now is what to replace my pirate with..I'm thinking of picking up my Arbalist again..but I'm not sure if it will provide enough offense to compensate..though she has Giant Kill maxed out, so I'll probably rest her to focus on Front Mortar and give that a go..hopefully it will be enough to take out that bitch Shin >.< [/hide]

In the third stratum. [hide]Unlocked subclasses.[/hide] Probably going to rest my dudes just so I can figure out what the heck to do with my two princely types.

Whoooo! Beat the game last night!
[spoiler]ONCE AGAIN, SUCK IT OLYMPIA! SUCK AND IT CHOKE, YOU OBNOXIOUS METAL BITCH!
Took it down with my Buccaneer/Princess 58, Gladiatior/Hoplite 58, Ninja/Zodiac 57, Arbalist/Shogun 58, Monk/Farmer 58
Did it without relying on Ikkitousen spam. Pincushion and Dark Ether were definitely my MVP skills, and Regroup Tactic gets Best Supporting Actress. I am mixing references like Peter goddamn Griffin here, so I'll stop.[/spoiler]

I'm a bit behind and just got raped by the first boss at the first try
[spoiler]The combat was going almost good, with the exception that my damage output was not that great, and I forgot to rest prior the attempt so I had about half TP - that's the result of having a too healing-efficient Princess for the exploration.
I tried with a level 12 party and maybe it is a bit too low? The equipment seems the best available, the skills are not really optimized for bosses... I should probably load up with medicas and amritas anyway.
The end arrived quickly when he went into the ground and I failed to find him before the heartquake which killed 4 people and left the Buccaneer with 1 hp
I enjoyed the chase part though!

Finally.. (4th and 5th stratum spoilers)
[spoiler]After training my Arbalist a bit it finally helped me with my damage output problem and I also trained my Zodiac to have max TP Up so as to remove any thought of needing to use amritas for her as she kept spamming Ice Prophecy to the point Shin stopped using the move altogether..xD
Which made things a lot easier given that her status effect moves rarely landed given my Prince using Prevent Order every now and then..
So finally made it to the 5th stratum and Kujura is still an asshole..I was half expecting another boss fight when I saw him..but it was an FOE instead..oh and that old hag from Armorad dissapeared..>.> I hope she turns out to be the boss..I wanna beat up that old witch from Armoroad Senatus for being a bitch to me and threatening me plus she practically has a face that looks like a monster anyways..[/spoiler]

Trying to get the conditional drop from [hide]Shin[/hide] to make a better crossbow for my Warrior/Ballista.
before I could [hide]bind it's head[/hide], I tried bringing it's health down, but I did two hits for 7445 damage (total of 14,890 damage) with Front Mortar powered up by Eagle Eye, Wolf Howl, Berserker Vow, Attack Order, Double Action, and Charge.

More spoilers, 3rd stratum FOE shenanigans, finishing up a quest on B9F and CHRIST MY ARBALIST'S DAMAGE!
[spoiler]Did some farming so I could purchase a bunch of Amritas before tackling the 3rd stratum nuke a ton of stuff in 24 hours quest.
Bombed some FOEs on B10F, then ran down a couple floors to B12F where the Poison Dragon FOEs were.
I utterly owned their asses. X + Charge + Wolf Howl + Eagle Eye + Charge Tactic = Hiya Front Mortar doing 4k dmg

. Add on even more if Zareth's summon manages to confuse the sucker, increasing Wolf Howl's effectiveness.
Managed to hit the # points needed for 1st place with lots of time to spare. I decided to nuke all the FOEs on B11F for fun before returning to town to collect my reward.
Next, got suited up and ran to the B9F boss for another attempt.
I wrecked it. Hardcore.
Zareth's elephant confused the boss on the first attack, confuse stuck for many turns, and I was doing good damage to it (1.6k Charge'd Front Mortars with Wolf Howl and Eagle Eye in place FTW).
When the boss actually got to throw one of its ants at me, I ended up binding its arms, meaning the damage from that...lucky if it broke 50 damage on someone.
Even without arm bind on it, the damage was basically nullified by Rika's Protect Order.
Nobody died in this battle. Heh.
Afterwards, saved up and stopped for the night after turning in the quest. Team is lv37 right now.
Might do a little sea exploration before returning to the 4th stratum.[/spoiler]

I've been fighting [hide]Leviathan[/hide] many a time now... but one thing still bothers me.
Fucking NPC Hoplite! Stop Fucking Defend! You do not need to be on Fucking full health to do anything.
Fucking game, don't force my party to acknowledge his ability! Because all he does is
FUCKING
DEFEND
Seriously when MY superior and more competent Hoplite needs to pop an Amirta he simple refuses to use Antifire! I've been Fumed many a time now =(
