Well I know the only reason I beat the boss is because I had all of her moves countered. So yeah, I think i'm supposed to be like four or five levels higher then where I should be. Time to grind.

I'm stuck at B10F's [hide]Hall of Conviction[/hide], my party is at Lv31-32. I've started grinding on schools of 2nd Stratum's FOEs, guess I'll retry when I'll be at lv36-37 u_u

I don't know if it's so high leveled, I simply fail. The bitch keeps on spamming AoE which nearly kills my monk and then the other thing [hide]who is supposed to be waiting for counterattacking[/hide] follows with another AoE and bum somebody's dead. Panic Fleuret is not doing well and I don't have any beast other than Ooze (who has no elemental resistance). Bah...I'll try to add some fire affinity but if I fail once again I'm going back to grind the hell out of my characters, damned party u_u

Alex my boy, whats your party maybe we can help.

Line guard or anti cold can help you avoid those nasty AoEs. So a hoplite can help you some if its in your party. Next either a pirate or a wildling can use Hanging or summon bird respectivly to bind the [hide]deep ladies[/hide] head. If you have a ninja he can use the leg bind skill on the [hide]deep warrior[/hide] and that stops him from using his AoE chaser.

Yet another post-game boss spoiler

[spoiler]Defeat the Elder Dragon at long last! Turns out I didn't need a Hoplite anyway, so I brought my Monk instead and won without any struggles (Barring Wing Dive's damage on my Arbalist). It took a while though. My Shogun was unlucky with 5-Ring Sword towards the end of the battle and kept getting only two hits with it =(

Anyway I once again neglected to bring a Formaldehyde... and got his conditional drop. ... Which means if I want his normal drop... =([/spoiler]

Damn you sea quests! I went to the [hide]land of giants[/hide] and fought the [hide]golem[/hide] with the princess and a gladiator npcs. The freaking gladiator used freezing blow right when it used reflector and instantly killed him. My Ninja was set up to use typhoon bolt the same turn, and it reflected the 16k damage back at the party, the only person left was my prince....Who was the green haired little boy, fighting a giant golem. He lasted for like, ten rounds solo though.

after 40 turns or so I finally defeated the 3rd Stratum's boss [hide]well, actualy he blew itself up[/hide] Am I doing something wrong or is it really supposed to take this long to kill a boss? =|

Anywho got the Shogun, I haven't started exploring the new stratum yet.
[hide]I ran into a couple of random encounters, why did they change every monster's name? I'm sad.[/hide]

Oh Lord Mutton Chops, maybe you want to edit the spoiler tags, since you hid the first name, but not the second [hide]I'm not surprised that there's a golem somewhere, at least those optional bosses haven't changed.[/hide]
