Retribution has a a ridiculously low base damage; it just has a high multiplier. Off-hand, it's a 2% TEC attack with up to a _10000%_ multiplier. It doesn't take much to mitigate the base damage of it to near 0 (~40 TEC with ~130 aDEF should do it).

Divine Wrath is a little different as it's 70% + 70%/bind so ... you're really just left with finding ways to deal with it (keep Binds off, Antivolt, etc.).

Working on post-game stuff at the moment after having obtained the last ending I needed. Random post game boss crap spoiler times with bonus 6th stratum thoughts.

[spoiler]So...not sure why the 2nd battle theme still plays for the 6th stratum. You'd think after 12 floors hearing it that it would be time for a change.

Then again...Dragonflies AKA Moriyanas from EOII aren't exactly pretty. Hiya Tear Apart and screw you for doing 150-250 to my entire party.

Vampire Tree FOEs though...go *Ice Cream Truck horn here to replace a nasty swear* yourselves. An attack that hits my party hard, poisons, and heals the Tree for the total amount of damage inflicted on my party? ARGH!

On the plus side...21F has a close by mine point that I can get around 100k+ in mined items each run with my 5 farmer team.

After reaching that, dinked around the stratums trying to locate post game bosses.

Found Wyrm & Dragon, need to find Drake (I know what stratum this one is in, just need to go visit the right level), and attempted Alraune and Anemone for kicks.

Alraune...attack that hits everyone, hits fairly hard, and stuns? AW WHAT ?!? I do believe I can use a max Anticold though to (hopefully) null the chance of stun connecting if I remember the attack's element right.

Anemone...attack that can throw multiple binds on everyone, then an attack that basically insta kills binded characters, does fairly decent damage to non binded characters, and gets healed for the total amount of damage inflicted to my party? All this on top of the fact that it has resistance to Cut/Pierce/Bash attacks? OH WHAT ?!?[/spoiler]
Working on releveling my team up after getting them to 60 and retiring for some bonus skill and stat points. Right now I have Jade (Hoplite/Ninja), Zareth, Zero, and Iris back up to 55. Just Rika and X to get leveled up before I set out to try wiping something clean off the earth.

Also half debating leveling up two more characters so I can have a Shogun/Buccaneer and a Zodiac/Arbalist. The Zodiac/Arbalist for possible use against [hide]Anemone[/hide], the Shogun/Buccaneer because I just feel like it .

Just a note on [hide]Anemone[/hide]; 2x Crush Amulets trivializes the fight since he's 100% Crush Damage.

I tried to find Alarune, where the fuck is it?

Reach 5th Stratum now, So far the enemies does not pose threat to me. Maybe because I leveled them up a bit from Scylla exploit. Eh, no. I don't think that's a cheat.. It's much better than grinding around.
Current team :
Shogun/Buccaneer - One of the two main damage dealer.
Gladiator/Shogun - Support damage dealer.
Prince/Hoplite - Main tank, seriously defensive.
Monk/Princess - She just can't die or we all die.
Arbalist/Shogun - One of the two main damage dealer. Though his Warrior's Might chase is great, his normal attack is also great too. Not to mention I get him Double Action which packs more punch without Warrior's Might so I'm thinking of Retiring him and switch him to Arbalist/Buccaneer for more Swashbuckling fun~

Eh, so another question. Does Rapid Fire works with Double Action? And.. Overall xbow is much more damaging than gun?

Got all three endings, time to tackle the post game proper. Priority one is hunting down those dragons to raise my level cap.

Other than that I'm a bit overleveled (lv46-48) and charging into the final boss.

I tried some sea quests, but I can't go past the first one of [hide]Damavand, damn that Zodiac makes everything REALLY easy[/hide] at least with the current party u_u
