More post game boss spoilers!
Drake has been downed. Like the last game, Drake wasn't much of a threat. Dual Frost Amulets on every character to mitigate damage from Frigid, Line Guard spammage with Jade after she clones herself on the 1st turn, the usual.
I wanted to kinda yell at Shower for now having a chance to stun and its other attack causing Head Bind, but really, it didn't have much up its sleeve to really make me concerned in terms of dying. Metopon spammage from either Iris or my backrow Jade would make sure its two buffs, should it cast either one, would be nulled the turn they were casted.
Took me ~18 turns to drop the sucker. Might have been a turn or two quicker if I didn't have a derp moment and forget to use a Metopon that turn and said Drake casted regen, meaning it got back ~1700 HP at turn's end.
Will need to fight it again to score its conditional drop, but for now...max level is 90. Just Dragon to take down, then I'll have my max level 99 limit unlocked and can get to work on getting at least a team of 5 up to that level for retiring purposes to maximize skill and stat points gained.
Two little rants. First retiring. When I retired my characters I had to come up with new names, stories, and pick the right picture for them. Fuuuuuck I was stuck for like a two days trying to figure out my hoplite and my gladiator's names. I kinda felt like I was cheating with my ninja by just keeping her name and story and just saying nothing happened.
Then my ninja just isn't working out. I know shes great for support with spamming dark eather, but for any encounter she doesn't clone her self shes just kinda used for DE spam. Its much easier to have use front mortar and stunning fist for no tp cost then waste extra turns for a few regular attacks.
Then when I do clone her, one does DE spam while the other is free to either regular attack, item (Since she always goes first for emergency heal), or reg attack. I have max meteor but its so draining I rarely use it. Though five or six attacks for sixty damage each is kinda nice.

Ether Mastery isn't worthless. I mean, if people max Endless Battle, there's no reason to not max Ether Mastery.
Well, unless you go the Meteor route. Which, honestly, you really should as it benefits from more multipliers than the Elemental spells so it nets far more damage in the long run.
Edit: Also, Elemental forges don't do anything for skills, just regular attacks (and skills that cause a weapon attack, like all the Chasers).
