[spoiler]Do I need [s]Blunt[/s] Crush Amulets to face Anemone? Because that Tentacle Suck basically nullifies any damage I've done.

Edited: got Crush Amulets, [hide]Anemone[/hide] went down pretty easily. On the second attempt actually, since it started spamming [s]Cocytus[/s] Cnidocyte Rush the first time and I wasn't careful enough.

AHHHHH °_° motherfucking [hide]Kraken[/hide] how am I supposed to kill that thing?

[spoiler]My party is pretty surely overleveled for the fight (75/72/71/70/75), but it's giving me hard times nonetheless. I tried going there with everyone with 2x Crush Amulet, but I don't know which one is the attack I'd want to be protected from.
Tidal Wave kills my Arbalist and Monk, but I've got Hoplite spamming Anticold every turn (I don't know if there's a pattern here) so that's covered, Squid Press is covered with the Amulets...I think since it dealt like 1-5 damage per hit, but that Deathly Tentacle whatever is KILLER! Also, Lion seems unable to Stun/Paralyze it >_>
I managed to bring it down to red health but then he healed 15k O_o WTF? [s]Does it cure only once or whenever it feels like?[/s] He keeps on doing it T_T[/spoiler]

Edit: I succeeded after raising Berserker Vow to lv6 and Primal Drums to lv3

Is Uoroboros Guard the prize for killing the [hide]Elder Dragon[/hide]? Because I still miss the [hide]Wyrm[/hide] which is giving me hard times with Howling that still Confuses my characters even WITH Attack Order / Charge Tactics on and I haven't found any script in the 6th Stratum so far (I only have [s]B24F[/s] B25F left).

I'd like to note that [hide]Kraken[/hide] is probably the easiest of the post-game bosses. Leg Bind, with his 120% multiplier this isn't hard at all, and he does absolutely nothing. Kill at will.

What I hate about the EO series is a) the level cap, and b) the post-game's "use exactly this party/build/strategy, or perish pitifully". The former makes it impossible to explore much of the sixth stratum, and the latter makes the bosses totally un-fun (is that a word?).
In EO1 and 2, you had to grind grind grind because the level cap could only be elevated by retiring. In EO3, they replaced the grinding with the un-fun kind of boss fights.

In other words, I'm close to giving up yet again on an EO post-game. Why can't they just do away with the level caps and impossible bosses alltogether? I want to use my party and strategy to get through it, not someone else's.

I like the challenge.

and if I've been paying attention to what Scy's told me over the past 2 years, I'm pretty sure you can beat post game bosses with nearly any party combination.

The three dragons, without Anti-* skills? I don't think so. And even at level 70 I already get mauled by the FOEs on B21F and B22F.

EO3 Dragons can be taken down with a Hoplite (main or sub) for Antis, a Zodiac (main or sub) for Prophecies, a Yggdroid (main) for Bots, or just by equipping 2x Elemental Resist items. I don't recommend the last one since you'd rather use your 3 equip slots for nulling their physical damage but I listed it just to get them all. With one of the 3 non-equipment ways to stop their elemental attacks and proper equipment (Bash and Cut/Stab resist, depending on the Dragon), you should take no damage (well, 1~9 from the Random function) from any of their attacks.

It's still doable.
