I remember on the little snippets of the USA website that Kimiko posted that in the New Game+ you can increase the level cap. However, I know what you have to do in order to increase the level cap:
And by that I mean kill the three dragons. Do you have to be on a New Game+ in order to have the cap increase when a dragon is defeated or does that happen on a normal playthrough?[/spoiler
Also, when are you able to have a New Game+?
I'd imagine it's after beating the fifth stratum boss, but are you just given a choice after defeating it, that being the only time you can start a New Game+? Or does it become an option on the starting screen after completing the main storyline.
No spoilers in the answers, please. So no telling me the final boss or anything.

Level Cap
Doesn't need to be done in a New Game+. Not sure exactly what they meant by that but I assume it's just a generic "CONTINUE YOUR ADVENTURE IN A NEW GAME+ LOL" thing.
New Game+
I believe it's after the 5th Stratum is finished you can do so. I'm at the near the end of the 5th Stratum right now so we'll see.
New Game+
Yes, it becomes available after clearing the 5th stratum. The "New Game" option on the title screen becomes green.

Er, I know that you can still start a normal New Game after unlocking the + function, but how does that work? Does the game ask you what kind of new game you want to start after choosing the NG+ option?
http://kumicyou.sakura.ne.jp/sq3/lvup.html
It has the stats of every class at every level (1-99). It shows the EXP requirements for each level too.
Possible spoilers: It shows the names of the secret classes.

Splendid, guess I should have paid more attention to the navigation at the top.
Is it just me or is this kind of content hard to come across on english sites?

So I got two questions.
1: will EO3 have the same password thing as EOII
2: does the new EO3 site not post their updates on their "News" section. I haven't seen up update past "The site is now up" but it has had actual updates.

1) EO2 didn't have a password either, only EO1 had one. Unless you mean for entering a password in which case the answer is still no.
2) Don't check the site so no idea.
