I think the message just says something about a "better" chance of rares but, yeah, it's 100% once the message pops up.

This probably doesn't really matter, but the message says something like:

It seems that something good will be harvested soon,
but you feel the enemy's presence nearby...

Did they remove a skill from the japanese to the english version? Cause Zarf's skill simulator shows a "Listen to the experienced" skill (or something similar) that gives non active party members a small slice of exp. Yet, I can't seem to find that skill in my game.

did you try changing tabs? it's under the common skills..if it's combat study that is...sounds similar enough to your description though I don't how if it works like that..xD

I know. I easily missed the Commons tab as well. I had handed out all my first three skill points when I was like "where the hell is the HP Up and shit?" That's when I noticed the secondary tab. T-T I was so tempted to restart at that point. But I've since corrected.

Don't forget to fill up your roster with people sitting on the sidelines with [s]Listen to Experience[/s[ Combat Study.

Plus, you can strip them as you make them and make a small starting profit~

If I'd have 5 party members, and 25 sitting in my guild,
and I'd have three points of Combat Study for each of them,
would that "absorb" experience points from my main team,
or is this really a win-win situation?
