It's an EO game. -__-;
How hard, he asks!
Edit: And I have a question too. When you used bait in EOII, and a party member was confused and attacked the front row, the dark hunter still attacked the confused person, which killed them typically. Does the same thing happen with Pirates and their chase skills?

Speaking of the bosses, are they still able to regenerate like they were in the last two games? I tried the old 'take a level 1 character and sleep for 14 days' trick, but the boss on B4F does not reappear, which is a shame because I want to try using the [hide]Formaldehyde[/hide] item I found on him to see if his conditional drop will drop that way.

The only elemental moves I have are my hoplite's and ninja's elec enchanted weapons. And its four levels away till my gladiator even unlocks elemental moves.

Boss respawn requires the next boss to be beaten if I recall.
As for Elemental damage, it's not THAT vital. The 1st Stratum boss is weak to Volt but I beat it on my JP run without any at around level 12/13.

What's up with the option to [hide]buy stuff at a discount[/hide] at Napier's Firm? It just suddenly popped up.

There's a one-time use item that does that.

Is there any downside to [hide]buying things cheaper? She keeps mentioning her sick sister, so do I need to pay her full-price to, like, help out? Or is she really just joking about it?[/hide] Does the option eventually go away? What item? I don't remember using one...

You don't use it. It's from having it in your inventory (or just finding it?). There's no harm in "using it" except maybe saving it for [hide]some really expensive item[/hide] later.
