For what it's worth, I hate spoilers myself but find most what gets considered a spoiler around here to be utterly stupid.
Anyway...your question in regards to the [hide]Lighthouse[/hide] Boss:
[spoiler]The Conditional Drop is, humorously enough, to kill her while her Arms are bound.[/spoiler]

Hints for Kino!!
[spoiler]Ok! The goal is to get to the lighthouse. Sail south of it and be really observant about the whirlpools.
There is also the island in B4 asking for Cedar... I recommend sailing down the west coast of Armoroad.... :3 the reward for returning to the island with it is a little nice.
Also for something to do with fishing I suggest checking out the area south-east of Armoroad. You should be able to just barely reach a small structure.[/spoiler]
If these hints aren't enough just tell me and I'll provide actually coordinates.
