Any benifit to Retiring at level 35 if you have already retired at level 35? Like more stat increases?

About that above chart ... Is my math wrong?

I did a test retirement at level 30 with one character and that charatcer, a Hoplite, received 22 skill points. At level 35 the same character received 24 skill points. At both retirements the Hoplite was level 18. I am not sure how to explain that.
Now at level 35 a chacacter should have 38 total skills points. Retire at level 35 you are level 18 with 24. One point per level for the next 17 (to level 35 again) levels turns out to be 41 skills points (24 + 17). We are 6 over maximum. [/spoiler]
