can Form Qi affect Protect Order's healing rate?

No, none of the princes' healing spells are affected ;__;

Anything that uses the Healing Formula and TEC is effected by it. Protect Order, Inspire, Negotitation, etc. all work with it.

Edit: Apparently Bandage, which heals a static amount, works with Form Qi. Probably because it's not passive but ... still. Odd. I'll need to look into that.

Just to note, Royal Veil, Triumphant Cry, Monarch's March, and Reinforce all heal static amounts so Form Qi does nothing for them. It has to actively call on the TEC stat for it to do anything.

Oh, damn forgot to read the fine print on that.

Also, I'm confused as to what Avenger means. Incapacitated? Does that mean status effect or death?

Edit: The skillsim's translation for Avenger is a bit odd, so:
"A skill that converts desire for revenge towards the enemy into strength
HP recovers each time an ally becomes incapacitated"

Another variable reward quest. All you have to do is bring back something you get from Mining in the 3rd Stratum.

Reward: Varies based on what you bring back:
Corundum: Panic Guard (3x Confusion Resist Forged), 14500 EXP
Clastic Rock: Gale Amulet (5x AGI Forged), 16000 EXP
