10 TP regen per turn can completely and totally negate any penalties for only ever having 60 TP. In fact, it can mean pretty much infinite TP.

does anyone know someone who has achieved a character reaching lvl 80+ or even 90+,
i know that in EOII that you need to retire a member at max lvl to be able to increase the max lvl by 1, and i have only reached lvl 72 in EOII,
is it the same in EOIII?

no, but to increase the level cap you have to
[hide]defeat Wyrm, Drake, and Dragon [/hide]
