When I kill I've never seen it do anything else, even during the 2nd and 3rd times in the same fight.

Wolf just reminded me of an interesting question I had.

So let's you say you have two LKs, Alphonse and Berta. Alphonse has Power Break at level 8 but Berta only has Power Break at level 1. Now let's say that Alphonse used Power Break on an FOE, followed by Berta using Power Break on the same FOE. What is the magnitude of the damage reduction on that FOE?
