Hrrrrm... still debating if I wanna re-sub my Landsknecht and drop it down another two levels below everyone else - making it 4 levels below everyone else. I'm happy with the subs of everyone else. The sub I currently have isn't TOO terrible... I still am tempted to try Bushi and maybe give up on the Links idea and try a different approach. Hrrrm....

But then again, Bushi didn't impress me very much on the whole... No... I really think I DO want to do an L/R ...

...Well, no, honestly I need to respec and grind up again anyway. What's the most practical way to get a copy of my own guild card again?

Also, dammit, I don't think I have an SD reader in my dorm. I was hoping to use my own since I have a very nicely-specced sheep-grinder on it. By which I mean she can solo the golden sheep in three turns.

Yeah you don't have to engage the boss again when trying to freeze the floor.
Chop points are located in the area with the FOEs while the boss won't chase you if you are behind him

So, I rested my L and subbed her as a R as I wanted. I'm pleased, though is it just me or does Free Energy not seem to be kicking in as often as it does my R and F?

I do have a few questions, though. So... I don't really plan on getting any of the Rune spells for my L. So... is there a point to getting the Runic Gleam skill series? These wouldn't affect the Link skills, would they? I've gotten Free TP, TP Boost, and am working on Runic Flare. But I think that's about all the use I can see in getting for my L.

*mutters* Maybe Bushi would have been better... hrrrrm...

Oh, and I took care of the Leveling discrepancies that I was worried about. ^_^ I took her and my Healer out on 1F of Golden Lair. Made an auto track circle and trained my L, May, to be up to par (actually just one level lower than the rest of the group, which is fine). :3 The funny part is, Kenith, my healer, had been two levels behind everyone for basically the ENTIRE game. XD He's now two levels ahead of everyone.

Completed all the quests I had left over and am now into the fourth area.

And oh my GOD is GORGEOUS O_O !!!

Oh, no, I'm not running out of TP through a single fight. ^_^; I like to push my luck and stay in dungeons as long as I can.

Still... This is what I'm seeing. Out of, I dunno, ~1 hours worth of battles and exploration, my Landsknecht with the SAME Runemaster abilities as my Fortress, she will have over half her MP bar depleted after using nothing but links (all at -6TP). My Fortress has close, if not FULL, TP bar after using Smite exclusively (barring a few Ally Shields and what not), which is a -10TP.

I mean... granted the Fortress has her Proficiency skill chain which helps TP... is that it?

But even my Runemaster... but then again she does have a LOT of TP and has more points in those skills because it's her forte.

It also doesn't help that I never see the text that SAYS her Free TP has initiated. I'm always staring away from the screen, so if it's activating, I haven't seen it... Auuu~ Maybe I'm just overly worried. Looking at things now, it does sound pretty much on track.

Still, how about my question about the Runic abilities?

Bushi is not for people who use skills, yeah. Technically, a Bushi main uses skills interspersed by normal attacks, but without their class skill, they don't really help any skill users. And yes, fortresses have fundamentally infinite TP. Also, the rune damage booster only affects Rune skills, not elements as a whole.

I currently have a full level 60 party, and plans to retire them all into a new party that can actually fight enemies who resist physical/status effect/use status effect! So far, this involves me freaking the hell out and having no idea how I want to build my party. Everyone has too many options! Everyone has too many drawbacks! Auuuugh!

...though, I do like bind/heal Arcanists. Passive healing is pretty amazing.

Oh, and how good are the bind skills for Snipers? Been debating doing a reset on her and putting more points into those areas? Are those skills worth it?
