definitely
but in depth character bios is still stuff you can find out from playing, and if it's not stuff that you can find out from playing for a few minutes, then why show anything at all? you want people to play to find out what they dont know
but the point of the videos is to show off the classes more than the characters, for new fans, it seems. and isnt that appropriate for a remake of the first game?

Well, I liked the AtlusUSA short videos showing the classes for EOIV. Instead of showing that "this class does what you expected it to," they showed "this class is good at what you expected it to be good at, but can also do this."
I see what you guys mean. The ability to bind enemies and deal damage in multiple ways is one thing I like about EO, and could draw me in as a new player. But what I really love is the exploration and storytelling.

Another word for Japanese, usually written words (whichever one isn't just phonetics). Might also apply to other East Asian languages.

Korean is actually pretty logical once you figure it out. Kanji/hanzi on the other hand don't seem to have much relationship between radicals and meaning.
