Bleh no subclassing means I'm probably going to have to eventually get some really good Medic-skill Grimoires if I want to cut out my Medic like I've done in the previous games. :( IMO Medic is a waste of a slot considering you only need like 3-4 of its skills and it's not a great class otherwise..

...salve, immunize, poison/sleep/paralyze, revives, good enough tec to give her alchemist skills, good enough defenses to stick her in the front row with a katana (or at least give her a gun in the back)...i see no waste

I personally enjoy grimoires. I didn't like having to deal with subclassing. Instead, now I can take a few skills from this class and that class, and just give Raquna some extra healing skills and a blinding skill. Getting to use monster skills was an ingenious idea.

I'm not sure if I want to play story or classic first. I guess story would be better to do first.
