maxine, you're slow at this game

I told you guys before that I would be slow. ^_^ I bought EOI opening day and... well... we all know that I still wasn't done with it when this one launched. I'm kinda like Scy. "Ooh!! Shiny!" and I run off and play a newer game and put down the old one for a while, but my spirit is replenished and I plan on spending most of this afternoon playing in addition to updating this website with some stuff long overdue.

I'm first working on getting quest materials up for the second.

Then I'm going to work on "character sheets" for both games.

Then I'll work on reviews for both games.

Floor 17-19
[spoiler]Well, I finished mapping floors 17 & 18 and started on 19. I looove floor 19, although it's a bit spooky. I feel like I could fall off! I wish you could look down over the platforms. That would be freaky but cool!

I also boss farmed for en to buy the Dominator, and I must say, I love that weapon! I farmed the first three bosses for their special drops twice each. I didn't want to spend "months" getting en. I used Devere & Onyx to farm, and brought along some lowbies to level them up. I leveled up Rose the (mostly gathering) survivalist, Elphaba the war mage, and Obsidion the hexer. I then rested Devere & Onyx so they wouldn't be so far over the rest of my main team. Having the dominator hasn't broken the game for me. Battles aren't too easy, but they are easier. I can auto battle all but the 4th stratum. Those mobs hurt! Plus, I have a goodly amount of en to upgrade everyone else's weaponry and armor as I open new stuff. All in all, the Dominator rules! I just don't use the built up force that often. I try to use it on the FOEs.

I must say, I love the storage option at the inn. I have 51 items saved because I don't like to get rid of anything. I probably should just sell some of the offensive jars and mists or just use them in battle. I'm so bad with that stuff.

Anyway, right now, I'm just exploring floor 19. I usually clear out the quests before going onto the next floor. I don't like having them build up.

ETA I also got the tree key. When should I start going through those locked doors? I've done the Call of the Gunner quest so that door is opened.[/spoiler]

[spoiler]Most of them you can do right away I think. There are a couple that require one-character parties which I didn't check, so there might be scary things behind those.
Did you find Artelind? Mapping those sections was sort of fun.[/spoiler]

I know the sight of a house-sized dragon can be intimidating, but you have nothing to fear from me.

LOL, we all went to bed (or at least I did). Plus, we have a topic somewhere in the list for naming characters ^_^.
