That's not true, it's totally filled with hookers and coke like 24/7.

No, it's not bad. The active threads are the General Discussion (usually frank sex talk) and the NSFW Image thread (pretty universally mild to explicit hentai images, but not especially graphic) and the Yuri/Yaoi threads, which are fairly tame considering.
The fics are really depraved.

my phone was taken away
apparently the IM service was not a flat charge like I believed
the bill was 600 dollars
I feel awful
my dad does not have 600 dollars to throw around
I have had the phone for 2 years and never texted too much or caused a problem for my parents
600 bucks! I had no idea I was eating up money. I really thought it was a flat charge. I asked my dad to double check but I never heard anything...this is awful...
my phone is how people can get a hold of me. And my friends mean the world to me.
There are people who are like...I am the only person they can talk deeply to, and now I will not be there for them. And I might never be trusted with a cell phone until I get my own. This is awful...I feel horrible...
and Kino this means we cannot text anymore
so much for having internet eyes. I am cut off. Now I don't even know if they will let me have internet back when I get a job, which is what they promised. And tomorrow my friend is going home and taking his Wii, so no more sneaky internet either
