A tetsubou is a heavy club with spikes or knobs on the business end. You often see oni depicted with them.

I don't remember ever seeing an oni depicted with a weapon, but it sounds like a very effective one.

If the appearance of any of these Etrian Odyssey characters can be compared to digimon, it's the tetsubou wielder and leomon.

I thought they started out in the very first season with Tai and Agumon but I don't really recall them being there...

oh and a small typo, apparently it's spelled "Goblimon"... I spent a few minutes looking up "Goblinmon" and nothing lol

Good point lol I can't remember Goblimon in any season but I can see them in almost EVERY game... oh my goodness... it's like the Magikarp of Digimon 0_0
