Mm, it should be possible to outlast shamblers if they continue to stumble around hurting themselves. Biting isn't a very good way to spread an infection, anyway. Airborne is where it's at.

My plan is my samurai swords, and my slingshot and cherry bombs. Best I can do, seeing as I don't own a gun. I also have plenty of flammable stuff in my garage, and if you mix winshield washer fluid concentrate and lighter fluid 50/50, and put it in a supersoaker. It burns cleaner than pretty much anything else. Just put something that burns for a long time on some kid of metal wire attached to the front of the supersoaker, far enough away from the nozzle that the nozzle won't melt. Voila, instant flame thrower. We also have plenty of wine in the basement downstairs.

Assuming I don't get infected.

When I was out at camp, I stayed for the weekend in between the two weeks I helped, and one day on the weekend all the other leaders who stayed and I spent about 2 hours discussing a plan for a zombie apocalypse. It was beautiful.

I try to avoid thinking about Zombie Apocalypse scenarios because of all of the variables I think are important that other people ignore. Like whether or not the infection can be spread to non-human animals. If common cats and raccoons and rodents and dogs can be carriers than we're a lot more fucked then we think we are. If mosquitoes can carry the infection like they carry the disease then people in warmer climates are 100% screwed.

If animals CANT carry the virus, then I am freeing every single dog I come across and turning Seattle into a hell scape of zombies vs dogs.

I only have enough ammo on hand to drop like 40 or 50 Zombies before I'd be forced to less conventional weapons (and/or knives, depending on my thoughts on cutting a bitch; I'd probably be down).
