One of the TF2 classes is the Heavy Weapons Guy, a big burly Russia with a minigun, and the Medic, a German Doctor, can often be found running behind Heavies.

According to some sites also posting this comic, the woman is supposed to be the Pyro.

I would think of the Pyro as a sassy black lady, but that's just how I roll.

Making Pyro into a girl would not only be out of place, but it would just be appeasing the "THIS JOB IS COOLER WHEN IT IS A GIRL" crowd, especially if she would be young and beautiful. Maybe if TF2 had women in mind with their initial character designs then it would be fine. This is the way it should have been but it is not the case so with that, just remain uniform on this matter. If the Pyro for whatever reason is declared female, she better fit in. The TF2 cast consists of ugly (sans Medic) deranged men. It is part of their charm.
