16 hours eh? I don't usually sleep more than 12 hours at most myself. Are you eating enough? I find that I sleep more when I skip meals.

I have no indoor pool. I've swum (there's my word again <3) in one once, but the experience was kinda nulled for me - it was the night of our senior grad party and my head was too into saying good-bye to my friends rather than the pool.

Swimming for me is a mixed experience. I usually wear my back-up glasses, but I'm still paranoid about going underwater and losing them.

And without my glasses... yeah, not that enjoyable. Being totally blind like that really kills the fun.

*nods* I take my glasses off in the water as well. But, also, where are you going swimming that you could lose your glasses at?

Ok, if it's the Beach then, yeah, I could understand why you would want your glasses and why you fear losing them.

But, if it's the pool, most pools are only 12ft deep (I've actually never seen one deeper than that) and if I, with my fucked up lungs, can reach the bottom of that I have no doubts that you could, too, Kino. But, why wear your glasses here? There's nothing to see except kewl sunlight patterns on the bottom of the pool floor <3. XD Seriously, the other day, I had fun just closing my right eye and seeing the distorted underwater world even more distorted than normal XD

Errrm, but, maybe buy some goggles and wear them over your glasses?
