I'm hoping they have some contrived reason to make Holmes and Watson kiss in the sequel.

You have no idea how happy that would make me.

Although, honestly, Sherlock Holmes was one of those movies I absolutely *adored* on first watching, but on subsequent replays felt a little less enamored. Kiss Kiss, Bang Bang is still my favorite RDJ role. And he kisses Val Kilmer, which is totally awesome.

But I will admit the scene with Holmes/Watson fighting over the waistcoat in the carriage is absolutely to die for.
