I made vegetable tempura today, and it turned out well! I fried cucumber, broccoli, carrot, and sweet potato. I baked the sweet potatoes in chunks in a hot oven for a short period to soften them; it ended up much better than the last time I tried sweet potato tempura.

I also made fried cheese and pepperoni. Yum c:

Pepparkakor? They're Swedish gingerbread biscuits. Almost like Dutch speculaas, but they taste a little different and are lighter.
