I'm assuming its like normal hot chocolate, but... well, white chocolate. And soy milk.

What I mean is, uh, don't drink melted chocolate. Though I guess white chocolate is very sugar heavy, and should melt at pretty low temperature.

Still, it'd take a while for it to be drinkable viscosity.

Normally you make hot choco from milk and cocoa. But then it wouldn't be white. So how do you make white hot choco?

If you boil it in milk, I guess.

Or let it come to a simmer, at least. Boiling sugar makes it caramelize, so don't, because you cant drink that.
