Sorry about the teasing, Max.
Try a few slices of grilled ham.
How's about chicken? Without the skin, of course.
I know you said that it has to be meat, but like you also said, one orange isn't going to fill. You'd be better off with a few apples. Or even fresh-made applemush, without sugar of course.
Cereal isn't going to work. Either you eat too little to make sure you don't take too many calories, or you eat what you need and get extra calories that you need to burn off. Anyways, your body is going to prioritize breaking the cereal down. Not very nice for trying to get to sleep.
Or try a vegetable snack. A nice chunk of cucumber sliced up with just a dash of pepper and if really neccesary a teeny tiny bit of salt. You can also mix in tomato.
Or even try a glass of warm milk. (or at least room temperature if you don't like it real warm. Not straight from the fridge though, your body needs to 'warm it up' then, which plays havoc with trying to get to sleep.)

Ditto all over the 5 small meals suggestion. Also, perhaps investing in some slim-fast shakes? They chocolate ones are actually tasty. They make you feel less hungry, so drinking one of those saves you calories. I don't suggest them as a full meal replacement, but as a "Gee, I feel hungry/muchies" type thing.
While reducing food intake is useful, you still want to avoid the suffering of starving yourself. You want to be healthier food, not simply less food that is still unhealthy.
We believe in you, Maxine! *cheers* I'm sure you're doing great. You just need to find the right balance of eating so that you feel satisfied...
