I usually use:
Pure cocoa powder
Instant coffee
Lots of honey (you don't want sugar or else after an hour you'll feel weak)
A few dashes of Nutmeg
Grinded energy supplements
Milk
Hot water
The bulk of some of the sweet plants I have around, broken down with my chemistry stuff. <-- You can do without.
Mix the cocoa, coffee, honey and nutmeg into the cup first with just enough hot water to disolve them. The plants and energy supplements should be mixed with a little water, too. After the basic mix is disolved, add it. You can then fill it up 2/3rd or 3/4th with hot water, then the rest milk. It should taste very sweet and depending on how used you are to caffeine... you might feel a shock. If you plan to use this energy drink for sports and stuff you'll want to get a little sodium and magnesium in there one way or another, to help prevent dehydration and keep your energy levels high for a long period of time. Not too much sodium since it will have an opposite effect.
As for the salad rolls, I can take pictures after my father leaves. ^-^;
