I've only played the older Sonic games. My brother played whichever 3D one came out on the GameCube but I didn't pay much attention. I remember a purple lady bat character. I'll admit I've been curious about the newer handheld iterations of the games, what with my obsession with handheld games.

I also remember being curious about a Sonic game on the DreamCast that they had a demo of in a Toys 'R' Us store when I was younger. Never looked into it, though.
