So, playing PSO. Trying to get a V101 off the Zu/birds in Ep4, so I get a group together, and we run one of those wild 'n' crazy missions that's full of them, among other things. Then, get this, we actually get some!

3 of them, in a four person team.

Guess who doesn't get one?

Yeah. That's about an hour down the drain. Gained half a level, but I could have done that any number of other places with less difficulty.

So, I got a copy of Modnation racers, and now have to wait through 10 software updates (Bug fixes and the like).

And even though the updates don't exceed 500 MB, it goes incredibly slow.

I've been waiting since about 5:30 (7:47 right now), its at 85% done overall, 12% on the 9th update.

Y'know, it's a bit annoying I got such a slacker for a roommate. While it means that I don't have to put up with him as much, it irks me that he can do so little in college--he's a second year freshman.

I really should hit him for whining so much. The only books from home he brought besides text books were his Pokemon guides (which I openly mock him for using, when you can get the same stuff on the web for free) and he always whines about his classes... *sigh* He doesn't seem to get that nobody is forcing him to be here.

My parents freaked out about me watching How I Met Your Mother and banned me from watching it. I'm on the 6th season, I'm pretty sure the "damage" is done and a few more episodes won't "corrupt" me, but it's good to know I don't have to make my own decisions.

In totally random other news I'm considering taking up drinking, sex, smoking, drugs, and sex as my new hobbies.
